- When detailing the service you wish to book, be thorough. Tell in detail the vision you have in your mind for your hair.
- Provide background information, including any allergies, sensitivities to fragrance and or skin issues that come and go, known limitations.
- Feel free to attach items such as selfies and photos for clarity and or inspiration.
- Share your personal preferences, including any specific likes and dislikes that may impact our time together and service quality.

We are genuinely interested in these details, so we encourage you not to hesitate in sharing them, even if they may seem strange or demanding. Scheduling & Waitlist Policy
Here's how scheduling works to ensure fairness and accommodate as many clients as possible:
Appointment Availability:
Openings are reviewed based on existing appointment requests first.
If no prior request fits the opening, the next person on the waitlist is notified.
Waitlist updates typically occur every two weeks.
Joining the Waitlist:
If your desired appointment time isn't available, you can join the waitlist. We'll notify you as soon as a spot opens that aligns with your preferred timeframe.
Your Patience Means the World
We know that timing doesn't always align perfectly, and we truly appreciate your trust and understanding. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out - we're to help!
Cancellations, No-Shows, Excessively Late, Reserved Rights:
Review our policies and guidelines designed to streamline efforts and maximize impact.
Life is unpredictable and circumstances change on the daily. We get it, we understand.
We allow a 15-minute grace period for appointment arrival and check-in. After the grace period has ended, a late fee will be added to the session, or the appointment may be cancelled.
Let’s keep in mind the dreaded “domino effect” when it comes to keeping a schedule and honoring everyone’s commitments.
One late client or no show can change the flow of the schedule and of the day. The ripple effect can be far reaching and widespread.
In short, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.
We encourage our clients to cancel if they're not feeling well or if the time booked no longer works.
We appreciate and value receiving a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so that we have to opportunity to offer the reserved time to another client on our waitlist. A same-day cancellation will result in a fee.
You are so important to us and so is the experience we offer. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us with at least 24 hours of a notice.
Failure in providing notice or repeat offenses of not showing up, canceling without proper notice or last minute, or being excessively late - we reserve the right to request for a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
Appointments Outside of Normal Business Hours:
We offer appointments outside of our normal scheduled hours.
If you need an appointment outside of availability the fee is additional and requires prepayment.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
By issued order of the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology:
- Any person with open and/or infected wounds on the scalp.
- Any scalp or skin conditions that are known to be or appear to be contagious.
- Any person that may be experiencing a contagious health condition that may affect personal or service.
- Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior; speaking rudely or crass, provoking, or being violent, combative, and disrespectful to our stylists and other guests.

Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show up, will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.
